You will get your 60 fps. The fps they are talking about "server fps". It is a bit irrelevant to what you see on your screen. I am not knowledgable enough to explain whole "server fps" thing. But if you want to know what it is, you can find the answers in October Round Up post.

3rd person view will be very limited in prone stance. If not already, they are planing to make it so.

I am not sure about spitting but in later stages of development, they will implement vomiting (not sure about urinating and pooping. I bet we will see some videos on youtube in which people vomits on naked female characters. o.o

I don't know about the scars but I know that your character's hair (additionally beard and moustache for male characters) will grow the longer you survive. It has been confirmed by Dean Hall in one of the interviews/devblog or in a Q&A. I am not certain about where you can find but I assure you that Dean Hall confirmed this previously.

I want to see Day Z on steam store today when I wake up as much as you do. But the quote above makes me think that they're going to test it with or close to 50 players before releasing and untill it happens, I do not see a reason to get on hype train. But if they don't need around 50 players to test it before release, then "choo choo!" is music to my ears. I just don't want you guys get hyped for no reason. In the end, it has been you who gets kind of frustated/demoralized/sad. I care about you.

I thought the main reason for keeping 3rd person view is to see our own character from outside. Just like in any other MMO(RPG) game. This feature, seeing your own character's appearance, makes it easier for the player to see the differences of his character customization choises and to feel a connection to their own character emotionally. Ofcourse seeing around corners is soımething that comes with 3rd person view. However, they are planing to limit the 3rd person view in "prone stance" if I am not mistaken.
