    I have same issue sometimes the solution is to alt + tab once then you get the bohemia logo + dayz logo and game will start. There is already a bug report regarding this which I made on day 1 of dayz http://feedback.dayzgame.com/view.php?id=59 It happens for me sometimes , it actually fixed itself recently. But a friend of mine got it which did not have it on before Not sure what fixed it for me since it fixed itself I have not had this issue. I'll update the ticket if I find out what it was. I changed GFX card as you can see in the post and it did not help. So with 2 different gfx it happens amd and nvidia.

    Try going into video options and out, does that help?
