First off, I would stop watching tons of DayZ youtube. I think we can all agree that YouTube stars in DayZ paint a pretty far-fetched and hard to achieve gameplay style. Its not all fun and games, and you WILL die when you think you cant be stopped.

Don't be afraid to KOS. If you think the situation calls, the measures are not drastic, its DayZ. -
Something I noticed while playing is, hence the title of this post, those pesky snipers. 3/4 of the time, I am usually scared as a deer in the headlights to go into Cherno or Elektro because the constant drum of DMR's and AS50's is a constant mix with the groans of zombies. I wish it was only the groans of zombies. You take a real zombie apocalypse. I cant imagine anyone would have such a bloodlust to where they would spend precious minutes killing the fellow survivors who have bared the hardships of making it so far. So those pesky snipers are one big problem to me.
