Solution is simply - If you are alone don't trust anybody :) -
This is like in real life ... you helping other people then they facked you :) Don't worry! You find a good guy, there is so many friendly players. BTW: the worst DayZ server is EU, FR and RU ... many stupid, not friendly, selfish faggots. Play at US, Canada, etc ... but always be carefully!
