  1. Heya

My friend, Eliana, she keeps logging in and finding out that she has no ammo.

She stocked up on ammo and then we switched servers and she logged in and found no ammo in her inventory and her bag, but her bandages and food and whatnot are still there.

Is there a fix for this? She can still pick it up from places and use it, but it seems to disappear when she logs out.

  2. Thanks for the response.

She had literally just got the game. I think the UI has always been like that for her. My UI is like how you described it. I got her to change interface size to see if that changed anything, but it didn't. She doesn't use any add-ons.

I need to wait for her to come online before I ask her for the print screen, but I don't think anything from the video options will help. In fact, I have a solution, but I'd rather not post it on here for obvious reasons =P

  3. Hey all

So I pursuaded my friend to get Arma 2 OA and get Arma 2 Free as she plays on a laptop and isn't that much of a graphics whore.

When on Skype, I was teaching her about the inventory system, and when I got to the bag bit, I was telling her to click Open Bag. She kept telling me there was no Open Bag.

I told her there was. I got fustrated. I told her after 10 minutes to send me a print screen.

This is what she sent me.

So I had to apologize and get her a ghillie suit (I found a bunch of tents far up North).

What's the deal with this? I tried getting her to change interface size to Very Small and whatnot.

  4. I think this would be beneficial, as most bandits kill for only two things:

    1) Your loot

    2) Murder count

This would make it so that people would have to go out of hiding to confirm it, which in turn, makes them open. It would stop everyone from server hopping and spawning in Elektro Hospital Roof and just plain out shooting everyone they see. If they're killing you for loot, they have to come and check your body anyway.

Also, think about this; you're running down a road (LOL), and you spot a player. If you kill him, you have to run to him and study his body. If you don't plan on looting him, what's the point? Might as well not kill him and expose yourself.

Just an idea I had while thinking about how to decrease murders.
