Keeping the ocean on the right will either send you north, or east then north. With most spawns being on the east side of the map now, ocean on left usually means you are going south. Run either direction until you hit a town, look it up on the dayz map website, then navigate. Remember just a 1 degree error in your heading can end up as a lot of difference after running cross country

Helicopter crash sites. Unconfirmed if the dynamic ones spawn them, but I believe so. Static ones would have the 2% chance to spawn them, but the spawns on the static chopper are having issues in this patch.

January until yesterday when I got wiped due to bug. Though I took march off. Spent most of it on the coast looking for people attacking fresh spawns. Still wish it kept track of z and player kills. Was oddly liberating while being super annoying at the same time.

We need a swarm of 1000 zombies that converge on players that see someone else but don't shoot them, since they are wanting to pve. Then this game can be called a zombie survival game.
