You forgot the part about 90% infection rate whenever a zombie hit you in 1.7.7.1.. Where everyone was infected all the time, and finding Antibiotics could be a week long process..Where you had to keep eating beef steaks just to keep your color from fading to black.. Where if you found a tent with 3 Antibiotics stashed in it, you were more happy than the time you shot that guy on sniper hill and stole his RangeFinders and NVG's. Something I'd like to remind everyone of: You are not a person in DayZ.. You are a mobile loot pile that MIGHT be able to shoot back.. If you're good. There are no owners in DayZ, only 'users'.. You do not own your vehicles, your inventory, or whatever is/was in your tent. You're just using that stuff until someone takes it from you, or it gets destroyed... And it will get taken from you, and it will get destroyed. For those of you who are whining now: I recommend you either grow a pair or quit the game now and go play something that suits you better. If you're struggling in the current incarnation of DayZ SA, then you will HATE this game by the time it goes Gold. DayZ SA is a walk in the park compared to certain versions of the mod.

A few problems with your argument here.. 1. Zombie Apocalypse is fiction. 2. The Walking Dead is fiction. Furthermore, the BEST option for survival in a post-apocalyptic world, would be cooperation with other like-minded people... so yes, people would be friendly to a certain extent. Maybe you've noticed in the Walking Dead how they have SEVERAL CAMPS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE ALL GETTING ALONG, AND ONLY FIGHT WITH OUTSIDER CAMPS. Yeah, the Walking Dead isn't real, but since you used it as the basis for part of your argument, I thought I'd point out one of the contradictions of your logic. I can tell you one thing, if the modern world broke down into an apocalyptic hellscape while I slept tonight, I would not be running around downtown Phoenix Arizona (where I live), with an assault rifle, yelling at random people and stealing their goodies. I would gather resources, connect with friends/family, and attempt to get out of any major city immediately, where I would form a camp. If outsiders approached the camp, I would be cautious of them but I certainly would not shoot them on sight unless it was obvious their intentions were hostile. In other words, your entire post is a crock of shit. You clearly know fuck all about human psychology, so stop with the psuedo-intellectual rationalizations for KOS.

It is what actually happened. I have many witnesses. Also, I know this guy is lying. He was part of the Press Vest+Beret squad that was shooting fresh spawns. He just doesn't want to look like an asshole by admitting it was him. The funniest thing that I've experienced in DayZ so far was this guy laying unconscious on the ground talking in direct chat telling his friends how he didn't know what happened, and how all of a sudden he was just unconscious... meanwhile, I was running behind a house, bandaging up, and taking off with his M4... which my friend still has, mind you. :D

I'd also like to point out that the OP is lying... 1. He and his "squad" were sitting in the tree line north of spawn towns, shooting into town... 2. When I came upon him the first time, they shot me on sight, even though I tried talking to them. 3. When I came upon them the second time, they were holding up a fresh spawn and the fresh spawn was asking "why do you keep killing me?" and they responded "why do you keep coming back and getting killed?" 4. I ran into them a 3rd time, as I was chasing down a duper.. The duper was running infront of me, and these guys came running out of the woods.. I yelled at them in direct chat to "shoot that guy, he's dooping gear!", and at that point, the duper combat logged, and these guys shot me dead, again.. (I was a fresh spawn). 5. Every time I saw them, they all had the exact same gear.. Pristine Press Vests, M4's with the same loadouts. If they all died, how did I keep seeing them with all the same gear? How did this guy get his M4 back after I knocked him out and stole it? Basically, this guy is a cheating crybaby.

Were you guys wearing Berets? All black outfits with Press Vests? And were you hanging out in Kamyshovo, Solnichney, and Three Valleys shooting fresh spawns? Because if so... I was the guy who ran up to you while you were holding up a fresh spawn and cold clocked your ass and took your M4.. You had shot me earlier without good reason. You and your squad obviously had duped gear, and you were hanging around harassing bambis. I wasn't hacking. I was running around a house in circles after your guys opened fire on me, and when you ran into the street to get away from me, I ran up behind you and punched you in the head while your friends stood around with their dicks in their hands.. I took your M4 and ran off while you whined to your friends how you had no idea what happened. Wasn't until later that I realized you were so bad at this game that you wasted all 60 shots of your M4 and between you and your 2 friends you only managed to score 1 leg shot on me. In short: The game is laggy, and you deserved every bit of that ass kicking. PS: The fact that you came to the forums and whined about it and cried "hax" gave me a huge erection.

Here's the thing.. That whole argument about "Ohh maybe it's just someone that logged out in that area!.." Or "MAYBE HE GOT DISCONNECTED.." Well, if he logged out recently or just recently got disconnected, he should have cleared the airfield of other players before attempting to loot it.. in which case, you (the player who kills him) and he would have crossed paths before he logged in. Anyone who just goes running onto the airfield on a populated server without properly clearing the hot spots beforehand is just downright stupid and deserves to get shot.

AHAHAHAHAH.. Oh I can't wait. Tonight, my play time was ruined by dupers and combat loggers... Ohh how tasty those tears will be.

Snipe the north hill of Balota, and watch as the CLOSED Barracks doors open, and a server hopper comes running out of them.. yeah.. people log out inside barracks.. And then they die to a single shot from a Mosin. All that beautiful gear they horde gone to waste. Pew pew, QQ.

Were you and your friends playing on AG DayZ |DayTime| Regular ??

Played Vanilla on US264, on the Mod.. was a Hero with 11k humanity, and a lot of map control via Heli's and Vehicles.. Ran with a squad of Heroes, and while we could be trusted more than the average player, we were still a THREAT, unlike what someone above suggested.. Last group of players you want to jerk over or piss off is a squad of Heroes. Also had -400,000 humanity on a Private Hive server, where I practiced PVP.. Most DayZ survived on my Hero: 21. Most Players killed on my bandit: >20 in 1 life.

Probably the bug where a "status effect" is stuck in your inventory screen.

Phoenix Arizona, or Denver Colorado, would be a cool Western map... big city in the middle of a valley with mountains/hills on all sides.

O-.. I usually get healthy status pretty easily, so I just donate blood bags to friends.

Didn't look like he was that geared, dude.. He was probably looking for loot in elektro as well. Some people do things in Elektro OTHER than camp and kill fresh spawns, you know?

It's much more likely that he died to the glitch, tbh.

I keep my post processing on low. It doesn't bother me... As posted above by Bad_mojo, it causes a little blurriness around the edge of your screen if you are running, and if your health is low it causes your entire screen to blur. Not a big deal, tbh.. Although on low health it can be difficult to kill someone.

I've played 258, and I work a full time job. 258 / 45 = 5.7. I play less than that during the week and more on the weekend. (probably 3-5 hours during the week, and probably 6-10 on the weekends.

Well known glitch/bug where you're ontop/inside of a building and you randomly desync, falling to your death, but incurred no item damage and not seeing yourself die.
