Right click on canteen or waterbottle when its raining--> catch water (or something like that). Its fills 1% per click.

Look what version number is shown in dayz menu, top right corner..now it should be 0.33.114855 . If not, restart steam or verify dayz game cache and it should update it. And then try to find experimental server and join.

It might have something to do with new patch on Dayz dev 123 servers, version 32.114551
