Yup, battlefield experience is not worth much in ArmA. Always get to cover first, then shoot back, eventually flank or ride up enemies ass. And dont get taken from behind, change position often, keep zeds in mind too, they make few options for you and they might be lethal if you piss on them. Try to lean your head instead whole body when behind a cover. Also things that guys above me said. Try some wasteland maybe to get a grab on mechanics.

Yeah sorry for klunky language, I meant a country in Eastern Europe. Getting shot in the face with airgun could be lethal if hit in the eye. It could be a device to give pain sensation, or that limping for some short period of time. I know there is a crossbow in the game already but I meant like a really strong one that could make you feint after being shot with. By the self defence tazer I meant not the pistol one but the one you have to touch a person with. Ok, hope its clear enough now to understand.

Its plainly easier to maintain all the mods for Dayz in DayzCommander. Im just telling you the truth.

Russian bolt action .50 wouldnt be OP and would still feel nice. KSVK for example.

Hello... What do you think about traps? Do you like using them for your advantage? Tell me also some cool stories about making a trap. Mine is here. I obtained a PKM on a Private server (not an easy ass one). I decided to use it. Took two tank trap kits and placed them on a road from Kamenka to Vybor(about 2 clicks from Vybor). As I had a bandit skin, I had to find some clever hiding. Spotted sth like a wall rubble near the road that fitted camo nicely. I went prone and waited. After couple of minutes I heard a Ural coming. Shit, forgot to zero the sights on 100! Click click there we go. Saw a driver behind the window. Waited untill the truck appeared from behind a curve. Squeezed the trigger, sent the driver to hell. Popping wheel so they dont escape. I see 3 guys dismounting from the truck. They fire at general direction, but one of them spotted me. Bullets smashing rocks under my belly. Rambo belly roll down the rubble. Got up, made swiss cheese of one. Turned up on others. They were running away. Sent tens of bullets towards them for the effect, putting them down. Hands shaking. Luckily a wheel in trucks inventory. Took their stuff and truck. Left in a hurry and giggles just to lose it hour later because of lead poisoning (if you know what I mean).

Survivors following you without any particular reason. Bots firing at you from 800 meters with AK killing you? There are things you cant do without people. Guy above ranting about community... there are other zombie games out there, go find them and better dont bother standalone or dayz mod. You want to change deep core mechanics which wouldnt leave a game as DayZ but some pointless ZedZ killing and looting and getting cars just to do nothing with them other than two things above. If you want to play with squad just fucking find yourself a one or create it with friends.

Saw an aggro to balota magazines. Reloaded my Double Barrel with pellets. Peeked ready to fire. He had a gun, aiming down the sights and screaming friendly so terrifyingly heartbreakingly. It was too late though. I saw projectiles hit his whole body and head. Too late... Felt so shitty then. He was a noob as he said it on a sidechat before.

How do you think, after playing the mod, will we have advantage over those who didnt play?(at least at the beginning) Will the way you act with people in the mod, will get transferred to the standalone? And how are you going to be seen by others because of being a Dayz mod "veteran"? I just wanted to know what you think. Ill speak out later.

Something unexpectable happened to me yesterday. Me and two of my friends were pretty bad shape after raiding NWAF. We had no bloodbags, which was the biggest concern. We had no choice but to ask for bloodbags (sucks as we were bandits). One guy responded that he will give us bloodbags. When he came, he had survivor skin. We had a short talk while he was bloodbaging us. We gave him a gun as a present. He was actually the guy we killed on NWAF, his friend escaped. He didnt shoot us on sight, but helped instead. That makes the game so much more fun. Have you ever had a situation like this?
