Id like to know the definitive way to send global messages. I tried Rcon and doing "say -1 hello" but that doesnt work. I tried BEC, that doesn't work. the only way to broadcast a global message is for me to join the server as an admin. What I want to do is have a recurring MOTD and messages before each server restart.

I purchased a dedicated server with them a while ago and I couldn't be happier. I can't comment on their support because truthfully I never needed it. The best support is the one you don't need.

US 234 seattle will be locked for a little bit today. The server will also restart quite a bunch of times. We've been having desync issues and for some reason none of the gear in tents and cars will remain in there after a server restart. the tents and cars themselves stay but the gear in them doesnt. I'll be rolling back betas and updating different files to see what the culprit might be. Just thought I'd give a heads up before people get upset and think i'm farming for gear or something
