It says I'm battleeye globally banned. I've tried deleting the registry folder completely and reinstalling the game on the new steam account and it still says I'm banned.

I bought the complete edition of ArmA II and then tried hacking on dayz and got banned, So i made a new steam account and bought it again, only before i bought it again i tried using a key stealer so i could avoid buying the game again and it messed up my registry. Now i'm trying to change it to my new key and i cant do that because my registry is messed up. I have to use a Key Changer because if I run it through steam it thinks my old banned key is still my key. Anyone know how to fix it so I can actually change the key?
