I'm playing on a server in the UK (where I live) and my ping is around 15, I don't think that's the problem.

Most of the things that this post suggests I have already done, and to no avail. Thanks though.

When I play DayZ I have the settings at around medium-low, and at best I can get 40 FPS, when I'm walking through cities however my FPS will drop to around 15-20. Does anyone have an idea to fix this please? My PC Specs: Processor - Intel® Core i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz Graphics card - 4GB GeForce GTX 690 Ram - 8GB
