    FPS Hardware question.

I just bought Arma 2 and OA yesterday seperately after hearing about DayZ. When I'm playing the game, it will be smooth for a couple of seconds and then the framerate will drop dramatically. I've tried the cfg tweaks, the in game settings and the ram disk tricks. I launch out of Day Z commander. My question is whether or not it's my Hardware? I feel like I should be able to run at least 30 fps.
