My computer usually runs most games at normal settings and get a fps of 30-50. With DayZ, when I look around, I get 4-10 fps and when I look up at the sky or down at the ground I get a smooth 20-25 fps. How can I fix my game so I get a steady 20 fps a second with no lag?

The game runs, I just need a boost of 10 more fps to make it more playable. I will take any suggestions.
