    low fps

    Hey guys, I seem to have a problem getting a frame rate above 20 Fps, and if I'm not in Cherno it really bombs. I cant figure out exactly what my problem is but if I was to guess I would say its my Graphics Card. I have Windows 7 HP Intel Core i5 2430M CPU @2.40GHz 8GB ram Intel HD graphics 3000 Any ideas? thanks in advance
