Graphics Optimization and the Renderer Work has commenced on disconnecting the renderer directly from the simulation. This would then free us to change (or even replace) the renderer much easier, allowing greater optimization and new functionality such as better particle effects. We have no timeframe for this completion no any specific goals beyond preparing it for future goals, but it’s exciting for us to start this work. This work will offer us the potential for future very significant client FPS optimizations, such as better scene management, to solve issues people experience such as low FPS in cities. As soon as this is fixed and i have decent FPS without turning down all the settings....i will go on my journey to steal beans once again ;P

ive been playing dayz for such a long time now....and all the glitches/bugs and shit....yeah it pissed me off but some are funny as fuck :D i still play the game and it just doesnt get boring i dont know why ! the progress u guys are doing is just amazing and the screenshots look awesome !!! i am happy that u guys take your time do bring out this beautiful game !!! so i just want to say THANK YOU ROCKET and ALL THE OTHERS who work on this !!! keep up the good work !

hi guys....so me and my buds thought about this ! bring in the year cycle u know summer, winter and that shit :D it would be actually really awesome....just think about it....like in the summer time u can loot the camo clothing u can find now....and in the deepest winter u can loot a camo that fits the white/grey/black :D i dont know if u can bring it in the game but i think its a cool idea

hi guys.. i know there are many threads about hackers and stuff...i just want to know "am i the only one who doesnt enjoy playing this awesome mod?" u see....the last 7-9 days i allways die to hackers....i was full geared for 3 days and i just die to a hacker...again...again...and again.. i loved playing this stealthy sniper (and NO not spawn camping the coast) and just roam around the map looking for cool stuff... i guess i just wait for the dayz stand alone. there is not much u can do to the hackers and i dont blame it on the devs... just wanted to know if u feel the same =?

u see i dont care about the bugs and artifacs...i belive the devs are working on it and have alot to do...so i dont blame them...but the hackers it is out of control i mean..its cool to start over and find your gear if u die to a player u know...but to hacker...man that sucks...i played 4 hours today on 6 different servers 2 times we all got ported to one place..and boom/a hacker teleported to kill me and me buddy/a hacker made me spawn in the air.... but hey.....just dont blame the devs for this... Disgraced is right !

hi guys i wanted to open this thread to inspire ppl how u can play a group of bandits and not just to shot on sight.. so what we basicly do is we roam around the map gathering some stuff we need and if we see a player with good gear we try to manage to sneak up on him and force him to drop his weapons. we are a group of 4 players 2 snipers and 2 ppl with FALs equiped. me and my friend stay in the backround locking the target in our scope... its allways risky to play this way but it works id say like 3-4/5 times. we then talk over voice chat and tell him we got him surrounded and he has no chance to escape and if he tries something stupid we just take him down. so yesterday we pulled this of at stari by the military tents....the guy was on the ground droped the weapons and my 2 buddies checked him.. lucky us this guy was full equiped....we got a big cayote backpack a dmr with 2 mags....we didnt take the gps and the nvgs because we can navigate without a gps and we only play on daytime so there is no need for them items....he had a m9sd we only took the ammo so he still has a weapon and cant shoot us in the back :D belive it or not....this guy actually said thanks for not killing him he has been alive for 9 days now and we had a little smalltalk kind of weird for a nice rob XD he was really excited....he had never had this happen to him and he said: damn guys your awesome :D this is how we play bandits ! we have something like a bandit codex its something like this 1. only take what u need 2. only shoot if u have to 3. dont kill undergeared players/dont rob them if we spot a player with low gear he can still be a threat but we manage to just pass by without him seeing us :D i hope this inspired a fes players that read this and actually play with friends in a group and just shoot everybody on sight and loot them... u chose your playstyle. we choose this type of gaming !
