Any good custom pc's out there for Atkeast £400:)?

The case has 3 built in fans but my motherboard can only support 2 fans! Like you can only plug 2 fans into it-.-

My case has 3 fans and my motherboard only has 2 system fans? What can I do to connect the 3rd fan?

can I just get the hard drive for now tho? or should I get the SSD aswell? ive already spent nearly £600 and only have a 100 left so on a budget haha. also if I was going to buy an ssd,would I have to buy another SATA cable as the motherboard only comes with two?
