I'm having the same problem. I tried everything in that link and it made no difference. Everything is updated to the latest version and it still says this. Arma 2 and Operation Arrowhead are both updated fully, the Beta is updated as in the link you posted, Battleye is updated and the dayz mod files are fully updated. It's really annoying since I bought arma 2: combined operations, a game I have no intention of ever playing, just to play this mod and it never works. In the two weeks or so I have had this I've managed to play maybe 2 hours. I know it's only in Alpha at the moment but the ratio of effort and screwing around, versus actual gameplay and fun is just too low for me right now. I don't have hours to waste with this kinda crap just to get a game to even start.
