My friends and I were running through the forest and we got into a firefight with 2 people ambushing us. One of us got killed, and we started to return fire. We got to where they were, hiding behind some rocks, and there was nothing.

I agree, it's alpha and I expected many things to be unpolished and unfinished, that's why I'm here. I'm simply saying that I refuse to interact with players if they can just disappear. The only thing I CAN do to players BEFORE they can disappear... is kill them, and that's not what my squad is about.

Have you played DayZ? Where are you going to log off, in the middle of a town? Do you know the chances of someone seeing you when you're logging off in a tree? I didn't say make the player glow bright pink.

My friends and I would love to test out the game for you guys, but it's impossible for us to try to interact with other people, because 2/3 times someone combat logs on us. I have a simple solution for this: When someone logs or turns their game off, their player model stays in the world for about 15 seconds or so, doing some kind of pose showing players that he is logging/combat logging. Share your ideas down below for Rocket to see!! (I know it's Alpha, but I wish this could be implemented as soon as possible for a pleasurable PvP experience.) I was unaware of this, thank you for bringing it to my attention ZedsDeadBaby.
