you are an awesome person. i needed a slap in the face to remind me of what humanity is filled with. honestly that was the best response post ive ever read. sincerely thank you i really needed that, i was just perturbed at how mindless some of the guys playing this seemed, but yea, thats not a bad thing. anyway thanks for taking the time to write all that and use the Road as an example, whal playing this i think of movies like Jeremiah Johnson, and novels like Blood Meridian. PS. its a chopper baby, not a motorcycle.

ive been alive for 25 days thats not what im talking about, good effort tho, im talking about all these guys that are making this game ONLY pvp, the guys that keep saying they want a weapon on start. they just want to skip the survival aspect and go straight to player killing. if they want that they should play something else. i do NOT have a problen with pvp im happy its here, i just think, if people go around killing people saluting them for no reason its gunna take away from the games core.

well this is just great, theres more god damn DayZ player killing videos coming out than those stupid call of duty kid commentary i see everywhere. ive seen videos of groups just going through cherno killing everyone, even people saluting. so yea, its too late, there here, game was great a month ago when i could run up to someone, salute, and then we would go kill zombies together, now when i see someone imsupposed to avoid them/ kill them. no, thats not what i want to do. this is fucking sad man, this game didnt even get through ALPHA before the CoDs COMPLETELY took over. this blows.

welp that didn't take long, theres already so many damn sniper montage/ player killing montages out there, this is Call of Duty 5. everywhere i look i see some assholes video of them just sniping players. i saw one video of a guy just killing people whal they were saluting him. sadface.jpg

thats it? i feel like this story is unfinished.

i just dont want to have to rely another player for anything, i made it through boyscouts. i just want to go lone wolf, and be friendly, and have a fun time killing zombies. id like to avoid all others as much as possible. being forced to rely on other players to survive would ruin this for me. although i dont have a problem with it being beneficial, i just dont think we should have to depend on company.

^i agree with you about the way people seem to be thinking of zeds as an annoyance. people remember, there "infected", so they should be able to fuck your day up.

i see a lot of talk about frame drop in cities. my frames have ALWAYS increased in cities. its the forest that kills my frames. anyone else have this happen also?

im glad you posted this as this is exactly how my average life in dayz starts out.

turn off mouse smoothing, turn off post processing, turn off AA and the filtering FFA or whatever it is. turn down terrain settings. everything should be low/ off except for obj. detail and texture detail. oh and keep memory on default.
