Umm On both wifi and ethernet i have 30mb/ps i dont even need to check. I know ethernet is more reliable which is why I try to use it and that's why I asked the question whether I connect through a different IPV4 when using different connections. I dont think i do which makes me wonder what the difference is.
I had the 10k ping problem/ stuck on 'wait for host' issue on a server for the past few days. I finally managed to fix it by using a wifi connection to my router instead?!?! Before, i was using ethernet but i don't understand why this has made such a difference? One thing is the router name is different when connecting with wifi than it is when connecting with ethernet? I want to understand this because i would much prefer to use my ethernet as my wifi chip is very unreliable. thanks \ //this may also be helpful with those with my old problem
