It should alert you, but if you're on heavy painkillers you might need to study yourself to pick up anything. -
Yeah that's what I'm saying.In a game where you can be knocked out and with word of advanced medicine... I don't want arcadey insta kills to non vitals.

That's why I don't think we should stick with the blood system.3L of blood lost death is realistic, but we shouldn't bleed as fast unless an artery is hit. Bullet damage isn't gauged by bleeding, it is instant traumatic damage not how much blood you've lost, that's why chest shots are unrewarding currently when in reality a centre mass shot is what they go for.

Oh and with a fair few of the commonly banditry players on the island the rest of the coast might be a far more friendly place.

Also, if it was on its own island... Like I think Rocket wanted.You would get untrustworthy new spawns with low grade weaponry running though the cells while you look for some tear gas canisters or maybe you can pick up a battle rifle in a guard tower that would be difficult to get into, especially from inside.

Yes, but realistically your not going to survive to the point you completely bleed out.It should be to the point where there isn't enough blood to supply your brain properly.

I saw and liked Aircraft graveyard and Old pool that have almost drained right down. Great water sources pools :D Aircraft graveyards could be festering grounds for loose aviation scrap used to help in general aircraft repairs. If scrap metal could act like a container and you can take better looks at the stuff one your stocked up. That way you could have things like lead pipes and screws instead of just general use scrap one scrap fits all. I'm thinking medbag sort of scrap metal. Scrapbox? Cardboard box commonly found in garages or sheds of tinkerers that yields a first aid kit alike one big item shoved into inventory box of assorted scraps metals.

I remember seeing a thing on da TV and a guy in Jail managed to make a 9mm SMG out of metal pipes.It was on discovery aswell. -
I was told they don't for SA.I think main priority is fixing those insta flies.

I think finding loose bullets is pretty smart actually.People are gonna nab up them boxes, but when you're running through town from zombies nobody's going to fumble around while being eaten by zombies for a single bullet.
