True.I bet you would likely see proper clans working around the place, actual fortifications when there isn't noobs pouring over as soon as they see it and taking everything in sight. People might think before they try running in.

Everybody knows that when your shooting with one pistol you use the sights. If your going CQ you pull out your pistol earlier. When firing very close you use your chest as support for the pistol, some quick fire techniques actually use chest fire. Nothing however, beats a pistol whip.

it would definitely hurt.Maybe even knock somebody out with a headshot. IMO it would discourage KOS when people are so much trouble to kill.

Firstly I wanna say I don't believe he has 2 .50s Not all gun laws are the same everywhere. You can get you gun license at the age of 16 over here. Not sure about whatever class .50s are over here or even if they're legal but nearly nothing requires you to be 21 its all 16 or 18 really. Most gun enthusiasts don't even own a .50 and they could have hundreds of guns.

I don't like it. Maybe let us fire the pistol earlier. Lets say your raising it and your second hand is coming up. You could fire as soon as its out of your holster. You could just fire up whatever's body. Toes, knee, waist, chest kinda thang.

I hope you know this isn't what the threads about.No insta animation. You're doing it yourself and the other player has full control of his arms while he's being stabbed. Maybe he can't aim his gun properly or I see a lot of grabbing and stabbings going something along the lines of grab and abdomen full of 5.56 bullets. maybe your character has to take the gun off his shoulder, and hip fire with a lot of recoil. A common weakness of gun wielding targets is they get a tendency to think that their gun is their only weapon. They'd try to point and shoot someone half a metre away before they would try and punch them. That mentality should kinda come through, gun would deal with people quickly but it should be really hard to handle so close up.

Yeah definitely.You would want people with melee weapons to keep their distance though. Their no guns, but still dangerous. Buttstock knocks them off ya aswell.

Yes we need fire.It's the ultimate primitive destructive force. For sticky bombs... Fishing hooks would suit. I also want tactical vest with IEDs so we can... Do that stuff. Great with a heavy down to knees overcoat which they need IMO. -
If any type of .50 does come back it should be rarer, its a specialist US weapon in a foreign country that really has no legitimate purpose being there? To clear an infestation why would they possibly send in some heavy slow, overkill .50 when really, a 5.56 DMR does the trick 200 times more efficiently. It should be about as rare as the rocket launcher is now. I've had it twice and haven't even had a rangefinder without stealing it from a camp. Never can say I have ever seen an RPG which is why its perfect spawn rate.

I definately love safes. If they're short of places to stick em... They could have a bank with a safety deposit box room. Maybe as a group you decide to fortify the area and let players use these under supervision. It would be a bank! Lol. And, some folks might wanna pull the most amazing heist ever. With about 200 separate explosive charges and a big firing squad. Their name would certainly go around the server if somebody caught a glimpse. The more amazing unscripted possibilities the better. Maybe some of the longer running more populated servers have such slim pickings of loot players have to trade and can't afford to waste bullets or risk destroying some bodies items. When going into towns there would be more people than roaming Zeds running stores and trading stuff from their safes they secured long ago. Would be like minecraft but less blocky. -
Can we pause.Ofcourse you wouldn't with a zombie, but with a player you might wanna reason with him.

It would be a fun way to learn some helpful stuff IMO, personally I would never be stuffed learning how to turn on a helicopters Main rotor, or even change some spark plugs.But in the case of a game I enjoy, I really think I would. Not many people are pilots, mechanics, gun enthusiasts and doctors In real life, so why not? It adds a nice learning curve destroying a bit of the pick up. and play bambi killing in Churno. -

Er. They need to actually make some things complex. Take the helicopter controls directly from take on helicopters. Have a mini game that any novice mechanic would understand. Gun operation should be what it is loading ammo. But when loading mags it doesn't specify what kind of weapon. Only what round. No M240 belt, 7.62 belt. Maybe when cleaning have a minigame with standard parts. From this general knowledge stuff you people might actually learn something about survival. -
No, you grab them.If you run up to them. With a knife. They're gonna see you, with third person hax and run forward. But if you can grab them it makes melee more legible and adds a cheaper mans tactic of robbery. By adding a system of trust, I have your life in my hands kind of thing. Then when you let him go he trusts that you aren't interested in taking his life/ things.

There's a difference between grabbing somebody and holding a knife to them and stabbing themin the back.

Yes, but they should be able to struggle, but you would get fair warning, if they keep resisting you might have to stab them because even tally they can let themselves free like with the cuffs and zipties.

Not arma 3, take on helicopters.I hope they have the same heli controls actually. Piloting them might actually be really complex...
