Give them damn tin cans some use.Stuff em with any material like rags, paper, teddy bears, idk what else. They should work best on the first shot and get progressively worse over about 10 shots where it would be basically broken in the end. It should remove half the audible range and scale down in effectiveness over the ten or so shots I mentioned, maybe it could do it exponentially and last best on first four or so. It would be great to slip on when you know you're going to have to shoot a zombie, to try and lower the chance of attracting attention. Oh and oil filters, should be in aswell, everything could be fixable with duct tape. -

I hope we get some Russian suppressors which are kind of pointed at the ends and widest in the middle. -
One thing I would like to see for longer weapons is air resistance at high speeds, so the gun in pushed in the opposite direction the car is going.This should only happen with your hand out the window, so shooting across the cabin wouldn't have that effect, unless you didn't have a front & back window. If you have a large gun you can hit the end of the door and maybe use the lean button to kinda climb out the window and shoot overtop of the car for less control but a larger uninhibited field of fire. At the same time, I would like to see guns doing greater/ more realistic/ a larger range of damage to vehicles. Everything from tires being shot out, oil lines being severed, engine block damage, brake disks being cracked, brake fluid leaks, transmission, broken windscreens (with first person only driving pls) and other stuff that basically makes risking retaliation fire pretty dangerous.

Surely a baseball bat to the head could easily knock a person out, to the torso it might not be so useful. But surely a single baseball bat hit should be a knockout hit to the head. Especially if you can knock somebody out with your fists. And if you're gonna be team bashing zombies you should probably have some sort of helmet anyway. To make head protection slightly easier to get, while being realistic some simple bicycle helmets would be nice.

That'd be good, ingame books and things to help you with the mini games/ procedures.I was thinking of the instructions you will get on most medicines and things. It would make sense to be able to read them in the inventory.

HUEHUEHUE, foxholes.The amount of times I've been in one of them with a AA gun firing at me. -
Some small birds would be nice, make use of a birdshot shell for the shotgun. Frighten a bunch of birds by sprinting under a tree and then shoot a shell of birdshot at them for a good couple meals but a lot of work plucking & cutting. Smaller birds could be things like swallows. Here's a list of birds according to Wikipedia found in the Czech Republic. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_birds_of_the_Czech_Republic

Can you not delete a few pixels from the image and replace it with a hole object?I know it is possible to place an entrance to teleport you to a far off cell. -

Oh I think it shouldn't be easy to control by any means.Firstly you would have to be moving at a constant speed to get steady. Then since you can't really put your weight into the shot while sitting in such a manner you also might have more recoil. Then there's the fact that with ammo so much rarer who can afford the inaccuracy of firing from a vehicle? I think any gun would be fine things like shotgun may be the weapon of choice seeing as how much less wasteful it might be to go full auto. Does arma account for the velocity of the vehicle affecting the bullets ballistics like it moves with a sideways velocity equal to that of the car when leaving the barrel? that might be a further complication.

It should make a noise when something falls out, like a rattling as you run. Then a brushing sound as it slips out and a thump as it hits the ground. Maybe tearing during the rattling. Holes could be fixed easily with things rags, duct tape, needle and thread.

Rocket did say he removed vehicles to completely redo them... I would be disappointed if they haven't changed anything in a ways to help this problem.Surely it was things like this on his mind when he scrapped the vehicles altogether. What else can you think of that is so big that vehicles are pulled from a game like dayZ?

One problem with that, you mention the mod.Alpha is meant to be more civilian weaponry.

Is realistic, I do like it a lot. I do have one thing though. If iron sight could always be perfectly zeroed when picking up a new gun that'd be great. It would then be something to do when you do happen to find a scope and not something to do before you can use the gun you just picked up. -
I feel that maybe shotguns will see more use in the SA (hopefully) with ammo so much rarer every bullet counts, and what's hardest to miss with? Shotguns! Also those big apartment complexes. I love the 870 I would like to see every shot shell being loaded and loading of different shots in a single tube. Maybe make every third shot a slug? Incase the first two aren't getting the range? So many possibilities if made right. What's if we saw that double tubed pump action shotgun? One with buck, one with slugs.

I like where you're going with that. Ain't the KS-23 10 gauge? That'd be pretty deadly but I'd imagine ammo would be a lot harder to come by.I don't know why Deans crew didn't start with the AK they already had, instead they added the M4 that IMO has no place over there in such numbers. -
I would like 3d scopes or nuthin. Pls no black screen.

Rifle grenades +1 They would probably be rarer than any grenade launcher ammo, but you don't need the launcher. -

Good idea.It might be more awkward to load as you will have to load one shell from each side. But other than that pure genius. -
I would prefer no skills and instead mini games based on real fact about medicine and engines. Because this game to me is about how and what I would do in a similar styled apocalypse. We could learn some real things while getting better at the game. Rocket already confirmed vaccines for player life value.
