Bullet proof glass is unlikely. Maybe chicken wire over the glass so zombies can't get through it. Things you might find in any scrap yard. Scrap metal over windows. Sand inside your doors, the more armour though the heavier and less efficient the car becomes. Things like cow catchers and bull horns would be cool :) big floodlights on the roof of the pickup truck. If you plan on making something really armoured, pick a tractor or something which is often used for towing a lot of extra weight, as opposed to a small town sedan which probably wont be carrying more than a couple people and some luggage.

One way to make some easy bulletproofs is just to put some gravel or something in the tire. They last a good half hour on the road if they've been shot out. I think they're called run flats.

Surely though, you could learn to fly a microlight in a months time or less.I mean the aircraft you described probably has hundreds buttons on the roof. Will have throttles for each engine and stuff like that. It's a crazy wiggamatecho plane, a microlight will have a few rudder & flap joysticks and such controls then a throttle, my brother flew one of them via the ATC before he even had his drivers license.

Remove gamma and brightness settings

There is a limit t how high a gamma and brighness anybody should need to have, I hope they dont have it being able to be changed a head and then people that wanna exploit get the advantages as always, just like 3rd person hax. -

A few civilian rifle versions quickly made from the same model would keep me happy and the amount automatic weapons sensible -
I don't think an AP3C Orion is a realistic aircraft to be flying around anyway.Now a microlight plane was more my idea of a plane that would be getting used.

Hmmm, I had a similar idea some time ago. I'm not sure I suggested it but, I thought a sort of secondary inventory screen which showed the status of your body's arteries and bones colour coded. I think your inspection idea works much better with the current inventory though. And is much more realistic in the sense that you would have to really look for some injuries. Im not sure you would instantly know whether your leg is fractured or something. Things like joint injuries, it could be a fracture/ sprain/ hyper extension or something and its all very hard to know without modern medical equipment to look inside. maybe later you might observe that leg injury it would say that it is haemorrhaging and you would know that it isn't a sprain/ dislocation. fully broken should be pretty obvious though if theres a new point of movement in your arm :) Medium sort of injuries can be very grey as most of what you have to go on is that its painful/ swelling.

You know what I,d like to see?Ivy climbing up a building, but someone left the window open just before the events of the apocalypse and theres Ivy growing inside the buildings walls. More overgrowth of plants with no gardeners to trim them, some should be dead though (since they're not being watered). Indoor ghillie bandits, for when its just too cold outside. Guitars. Coins (12g coinshot). Razors. Belts. Random toys with possible uses, take fallout 3's dart gun (Uncle Rockets Hype Train Playset, ages 3+) -

For a quick trap just throw a bottle on the floor, players with boots will make cracking sounds, a person that lands a running foot on it may scream, a walking player may make quiet mouthed yells and pufft ouchy sounds that you might expect when trying to be quiet as you walk over broken glass.Broken bottle = quick weapon. Maybe you could try forcing bits into your baseball bat for a bit of bleeding damage, they should quickly fall out though 2-5 hits. -

^oh, god. I played dead space is that scary? I played it and didn't find it scary, it actually got a bit pathetic at times how it was consistently trying to have jump scares or suicide scenes from survivors. I suppose though with dayZ if it is a extreme rarity it won't take me out of the game so much, but rather give me that feeling I get when I'm alone in a forest full of dead trees and not the feeling I get when I'm trying to shoot the laughing lady pulling a gun on herself and then after I can't shoot her I just stomp her legs off instead. -

Wait till you have played the standalone. I assure you that if you knew there were people with guns around trying to kill you, then that wouldn't be the least of your troubles. Zombies are predictable and stupid. Food needs to be rarer, ammo needs to be rarer. From what I can tell the DayZ standalone will improve on most of the mods issues. -
