    To add to my idea, I was thinking W means move at a consistent speed. While good ol Shift W would be for accelerate. Once you reach the desired cruising speed let off on Shift and only hold W to travel at desired speed. Manual should have a clutch button and + - as gear keys. Cruise control should just use + and - as speed up and down (pressing W/S would cancel the cruise control). As I said before ToH helicopter stuff.

    I want to see gears for some cars. Maybe cruise control for really new ones. And then for helicopters I wanna see a copy of the ToH controls. Anything more realistic is welcome in my opinion, also stuff that lets us better control the speed of the cars they all only have 1 full boar speed.

    Sometimes when our family is going up to Central Otago he indicates that he is pulling over for hitchhikers and slows down. Then he pulls back onto the road as they're celebrating. It's funny to watch them out the back window xD not very nice though.

    I wouldn't mind finding incredibly rare loot boxes in those houses with the attics. In the box could be some dusty old WW1/ 2 stuff cool Russian uniform and a Takerov. Or German WW1 Uniform and C96 maybe a WW2 Uniform with a Luger. MP40's, Mosins, Mauser 98k, Nazi Germany Badges/ Soviet stars and stuff. A one man stockpile of awesome stuff.

    Hopefully radios can be left on and you can chuck em on the ground.Say, "hey dipshit in the tower" to the guy that hid in the firestation. "Yeah you in the firestation" then you can help him out by cleaning up all the zombies if he sounds like a nice guy. Reminds me a of certain TV series. But cellphones are unlikely as they have to be recharged- no power grid. Landline- no power grid and lots of phonelines might be ruined anyway. Battery powered radios are the only sensible option.

    Base Building & Farming in DayZ

    I would like to see any form of barricade relatively cheap, but also destructible to prevent "hurr durr all loot at NWAF = mine" I do want structures, but mainly for camps. Things I would want to have in my camp, big central marquee/ party tent, caravan with no wheels to prevent theft, large campy tent. Big ol permanent campfire for cooking with log seats around it and a big spit roaster. The useful parts of the camp would be workbenches which you could craft/ modify many items with(sawed off shotgun from full length). (you could make the toolbench with an array of tools and wood). Ammunition tables for reloading and modifying rounds (put friggin anything in a 12g shell). (Made from more specialist tools including fine scales and such). Anything that lets you store any loot should be rare and either be quite hidden/ secure. If you can't see where I am going with my camp ideas I am intending on them to be very hard to build, everything in them would be rare but incredibly hard/ impossible to steal/ steal from so the camp builders are happy for strangers to come in and out as long as they don't try and murder everybody on the spot. In essence when you find a camp you are more likely to use the tables and cook some food and move on than steal everything in sight. This is getting a lot like the C96...
  11. I was thinking about your consistency talking about the damaged scope, I was thinking it would be more that the mounts are damaged. If the bullet still hit the same point where the scope was aiming every time, then you could just re zero it. But if the mounts were damaged the scope may move with a single shot instead of over a day of shooting it and roughing it up. I do think that guns should overall be more accurate and hip firing at long ranges shouldn't be possible. I wouldn't mind a dot showing the flight path of the bullet up to a metre to give a realistic sense of where you and everything around you is, the crosshairs in Arma 3 do this perfectly (I know if my gun is pointed over the rock/ or is clipping the rock in a funny manner). What do people think about crosshairs Arma 3 style?

    I would like to see the ability to rip the TTsKo pants into special rags for a Ghillie suit. I find so many of them. Maybe any greenish brownish clothing can be torn into Ghillie suit rags which could be tied over your gun or made into a full suit.

    It would actually be nice to have a modern LED headtorch with red, green, dimmed and full light settings. The lower light would come in really helpful when indoors and you just need a little light to see items. I also think you should be able to achieve this by wrapping a rag around the current torches to have it dimmer.

    Yes, but you don't stand right up.You lean forward and power up that hill, not stand str8 and idly walk the major point in this is that it is unnatural. A slope running animation is what is needed in my opinion with progressive slowing, not instant.

    I would definitely like the Red 9 version, unless as 'thedogfoodyayho' says we get a Takerov or other guns that match some of the rounds. I think it is pretty likely we get a 9mm at some point though with its global popularity. I would like to bring up attachments as well, the stock/ holster is a pretty definite yes for me. But I have seen pictures of it with scopes and front grips with long barrels. I have seen extended internal magazines. Clips should definitely be included. Any others, what do my fellow C96 fans think?

    Yep, it should always be EXACTLY where your eyes are looking. I suppose this is a problem with how the player model looks compared to where the player is looking.

    Another good use for crafting benches, which could go smack bang in your camp.Maybe that's another thread for me to make.

    Metropolis or large urban city?

    I wouldn't mind it if they add more houses between Churno and Electro. Since editing the map might spawn you back on the coast they could do it when they decide to add buildings to the northern unfinished towns. Large urban seems out of place to me. If they enlarged the map significantly, sure I would like to see more varied landscapes. Mountains to the North, a large inland city with interesting urban environments (maybe even looking a bit touristy). I can't see anywhere on the current map where I would stick anything bigger than a camp, it is already clustered with small villages.
