Mmmmm, this looks pretty much exactly the same. But it doesn't have the character. I would prefer it got some cool textures and the character in the screen moves as he is in the world (I play hardcore, but like to see my character). -
I would rather they not touch so deeply on silly sights and paints and just work to add more guns. That way I will get my C-96 sooner, rite?

Well yes that is true, but if they take vehicles out to completely redo them they may want change things up so this is possible at all without removing and redoing them again.

Hmmm, yes. But it has to be done very well, and you should also be granted a special use for any shiny object like a knife. Reflect light at a distant person to signal. However things like this can sometimes unfairly give you away, in battlefield there is scope glint all the time, this means a sniper that is smart isn't rewarded for choosing a spot where he isn't facing the sun, but rather punished the same as all the other idiots. Hopefully it makes dumb snipers stand out and good snipers stay stealthy, would also like it if long distance sniping was harder (wind).

Yep, I think electricity would be best introduced with just diesel/ petrol generators for starters to keep everything in camp/ base running like fridges, electric ovens, floodlights, other lights, heaters, ham radios all of which you could find and haul back with great expense to your inventory. Things like fridges, furniture and generators themselves would require amounts of space that is provided only by vehicles. These things should be relatively unremovable once placed to provide camps with a safer atmosphere where some things you work for are hard to steal (hopefully making people more open to letting strangers in their camp). I feel electricity should be very very late game though, 95% of player made places should have nothing more than a permanent fire pit and a couple bags under a tree.

I want to see ranged weapons from PKM's, SVD's, SV-98 and RPG-7 all the way to Air rifles, .22's, bows, crossbows, slingshot and all that jazz. While it is hard to realistically make guns and military bases extremely rare realistically, it is possible to have ammo be rare. Every gun should use the correct ammo, no skipping out and making AKM's fire a different 7.62 cartridge to match other rifles. Their should be rounds around, but enough different rounds to water down the field. Ammo for a specific gun should be really hard to come by. More often than not you would have piles of ammo and be coming across guns that don't use any of the ammo you already have. Civilian ammo should be more common to come by, with military weapon ammo largely sticking to military spawns, which should be drowning in zombies.

Wouldn't mind fire select for melee weapons, overarm/ underarm stabs/ slashing. Or, war of roses/ chivalry medieval warfare type melee where hold and move mouse up to release = raise dagger up and downward stab. Move and hold mouse left with weapon and do a sweeping blow across to the right. RMB and blocking too. With the WOR and CMW systems you could change T to selecting the way you hold the weapon and what end you hit with. Back of axe, side of shovel, hilt of longsword, butt of rifle, bayonet of rifle, handle of pistol, jab with axe handle, heavy punches and jab punches.

Would like to see them working on having arms and heads come off with the new physics. Well placed heavier bladed weapon strike and you get two pieces of zombie. I'd love to see a rougher almost improvised machete with a straight cut end and a rope handle. Maybe some swords, battle-axes and war hammers. There's castles left from back then but no weapons. :( Blades of any kind should cause heavy bleeding. Heavy weapons should cause more of the blunt force trauma and shock sort of stuff, as well as the awesome ability to knock someone out. We should be able to fire select between multiple striking faces of a melee weapon (axe point and blade/ blade and hammer for splitting axe) axe gives you best of both worlds. Whole melee in general still needs overhauling.

I'm fine with either 9mm or maybe 7.62/ 7.63 I would honestly prefer the Red 9 though, .45 in my mind is a bolo kind of copy which to me seems un preferable. Now that 9mm is in the game it doesn't seem as silly. I actually hate that they've added the M1911 >:( can't exactly say why, I've always kinda liked the gun. I suppose this is just jealousy as it should be my silly semi unfitting gun in the game. I would always prefer to see guns I've barely seen before in the game though, instead of the usual FPS popular guns like AK vs AKM argument and the M4, colt python. Seems to me the artists are adding whatever the hell they please, minus a couple like the Ruger, Blaze, CZ-75. Is all Python, M4 and M1911 before Makarov, AKM, Nagant Revolver. Grinds my gears in the strangest of ways, anybody else getting this?

No player list and no # of players when joining server.

Steam friends should pop up in list. That should be all. Player count should be something along the lines of 0-12, 13-24, 25-36, 37-48, 49-60 like in planet side 2. This will mean 0 player servers would be indistinguishable from one with 12. -

I was thinking beards could be selected to be short when starting out only. Hair could be put at shoulder length max for woman, same for men. Mud and scars only a minimal for newspawn too (letting veteran players having bullet wounds, muddied faces and giant scars to assert dominance). Tatoos... Maybe, no extreme face tats that every second 'cool dude' is going to have is what I'm getting at.

It should be like having someone drive a small nail into you. Where as 5.56 would be someone driving a small nail through you harder and it going right through you as well. It's hard to say how much killing power leg, arm and lower torso shots should have because they don't have much more effect than hurting, bleeding and shock. 7.62 are a bit easier with legs and arms because they can blow holes big enough to always cause bleeding from an artery.
