If these could be rare spawns like heli crashes off the sides of the road they could be life savers out in the wilderness or a quick ticket to death by blunt force head trauma via bean can.

Lolcooked pasta? You just need can of pasta and some form of water in a pot. Easy meal and you can craft different toppings onto it like canned tomatoes.

I think let us move around on vehicles, especially boats or back seat of car.If you can put your head down in a car while driving aswell :D use A+D to slide across the back seat shoot out back window if its broken and also the side windows. Boats should be more free walk if it accelerates quickly you might fall over, but you should be able to move at most speeds especially along sides while crouching. Oh oh I almost forgot planes running around C130 cargo hold :) and then barrel roll :D

A pharmacy might be a great place to have if we have a more in depth medical system, because in a infectious, cold, unsheltered world like DayZ drugs are life. A police station should be reasonably fortified have an armoury with the highest weapon spawn rate in the cities inside it, however realistically it would've already been stripped almost clean like the supermarkets so after a bit of player traffic it might be too much risk for the chance of reward. I disagree with people saying car dealerships wouldn't realistically have cars still in them... As 98% of people already have cars. Who risks their life trying to break into a car that makes loud noises when you break into it attracting zombies, keys might not be there... It's a lot of hassle to go to when you could be going for food or firearms that you don't already have. They'd be pretty bashed up just lying in the middle of town and I think cars should be more common anyway, but harder to keep operational and generally attract zombies towards you. DayZ seems to rural for a mall, maybe a shopping centre is more suited?

I've heard it's cumin around 20th August and DayZ will be at Gamescom.They're probably planning to show off all the work they've finished for the alpha which will hopefully be soon after. Hopefully DayZ wows my friends so they go buy it :D

Yes we do, and now that the chaos is over, its time to answer the big questions.Track down the disbanded squads taking refuge and using their military gear to make safe zones before they were swamped by a hoard and tried crashed their cargo truck filled with proper military gear into a wall and being eaten. Randomly spawned server events with backstory that change every couple of weeks to keep the map feeling fresh.

Everything is melee weapon in DayZ standalone.

There is always opportunity for backstory. The origin of the virus, different beliefs or roads you could choose in looking for answers. Maybe you look in the hospitals, virus and bacteria culturing areas, WMD? A huge mystery the community can search and search to find answers to while Dean and his Dev team giggle away at us getting closer and closer to piecing it all together. Special zombies that wander these special locations, following the tracks left from a story made group of survivors trying to find answers and then finishing the job. Uncovering military grade loot hidden in a vault.

That triple gun animation thing is a real bitch sometimes.
