IMO this would increase KOS, oh look a lone player with a Makarov coming towards me. I would work with him but he might shoot me for my sniper... Pow, potentail threat eliminated. Like the thread right next to yours says realistically you should be able to trust other people and get benefits from it. We are not like cheetahs or whatever else, we are social pack animals that must work together to survive. Don't force players to avoid contact with others, reward them for it with a more positive experience than being shot after you give them a blood transfusion.

Yep, now you can't even make a base purely defendablele on your own.And aslong as you have a way of keeping loot locked away you might even let strangers inside. -

You've convinced me.Imagine you wanna use it to get away from sniper but a player from town over was using it to escape zombies before he was eaten. Very interesting scenarios could be made with this. Do you think it should be sewerage or electrical maintenance or plumbing & gas sort of lines?

I don't think they're adding too many guns, so hopefully we get recording of each of the real guns in different situations for max realism.Especially mic's recording bullets hitting the ground and wizzing past aswell. Maybe the sound of it hitting a pig carcass or something?

Yes, we need that if we are going to have fortified structures. Maybe (I only just suggested this elsewhere) we could have a a group or friend management like you see on CTI or Wasteland so your friends aren't kicked out of your base every time they login. it would be great to leave notes in the world on that server for other players maybe if your friend is coming on later leave a note to say you borrowed some food and ammo so they know nothing's been stolen and they don't have to go crazy base moving time. -

I agree, I think a silencer should have further audible range (especially compared to crossbow) but should still be incredibly helpful and be a bandits #1 priority. It should be hard not to end up dying if you fire a shot and attempt to take somebody loot. As a further mechanic, it would be nice to move dead bodies instead of being able to delete them. This adds to the eerie, ambush sorta "it's a trap!" Part of the game where you might be going through Churno buildings and find three dead bodies stuffed into a bathroom stall. Then you turn around and find a crazed man with a empty M1 garand with a bayonet pointed at you. I'm sorry that's kinda aiding, but maybe it will make bandit experiences cooler which are bound to come by anyway. -
These ideas are good, but say you and your friends have a tent camp and everytime you or your friends log in they get pinged a couple hundred metres away.Should we have a sort of group system like is currently in Arma where you can manage a small group and those people almost assume the traits of a single person? I'm not sure if it would be as good to go as far as to lower a whole groups humanity for a kill, some teasmers may dislike it (me too if my friend wants to bandit and Im trying to be a hero). But realistically it would make sense as they would get a name for themselfs over time and all be viewed in a relatively simular stereotype.

I really, really like the idea of base building. I personally don't imagine myself a Nomad in a zombie apocalypse, especially when with every new place you go you suffer new threats. Give us clear differences in choice when base building. Fortification for in town sort of places making it hard for players and zombies to get inside intact. Camoflauged/ undetectable for out in the middle of nowhere underground complexes any car nearby has a camo net over it to avoid any sort of detection sort of stuff. More end game than anything really. Large bases should be about as rare as they are now and require many people and a good influx of supplies to pull off. Just a few ideas not really my best, but I don't know exactly what I want. -
What do you mean? It's easy as, the sense of disorientation can be made up by making the controls unresponsive and the player model could fall over. As in terms of sight everything would be really bright, then really dark and for a while you'd have a giant colourless blob on your screen.

I think it Rocket said every item in the game will be able to be used in your hand to help your melee.Obviously most items would be used like a rock or something, but things like the entrenching tool and quickly fastened bottle knife would be used differently in nature.

I would like to see police style weapons more common than military, but still rarer than civilian.
