Except it isn't. The reason you get berated is due to your off the hook assertions. Yes it is more risky to get hit, but that does not mean that you can take the argument all the way to Melee is pointless. The hatchet is still the best weapon in my arsenal, and I rarely get hit. It is less of a risk than using a very loud gun in the middle of town. And you only really have to watch out for the infected zombies. Their infection chances were pushed way up, but the other zombies were unchanged. Keep an eye out for them and it's not that bad.

Learn2Melee I easily killed 50-60 zombies last night with my hatchet and didn't get hit once.

OP, Your rambling is nice and all, but it does nothing to show how increased infection rates are nerfing PVP. How exactly does it stop you from firing on someone else? If anything I would argue that higher infection rates will ultimately help PVP. Part of enabling PVP is getting people together to fight over something. It is already far too easy in Dayz to be able to run into the hills and survive without seeing another soul for days. Increasing infection rates help in two ways. 1. More people die. This forces them to respawn at the coast, look for new gear again, and basically forces them back into the population centers to scavenge. 2. It makes the already rare antibiotics an important resource to fight over. Given that there are so few places to get a good chance for antibiotics to spawn, these become locations where survivors are willing to risk going, and fight over.

I'm not quite sure what you are getting at here. Unless you are just talking about the work needed to find the parts (tent, sandbags etc). I've only been playing about 2 weeks but once I started getting the hang of things I haven't gotten infected in a bit. The only ones that seem to infect quickly are the "infected zombies". As long as you can identify them so that you don't put yourself in danger from getting hit by them, it's not too bad to manage.

You have a ways to go. One thing to help improve is to drop the expletives. They don't make you sound cooler when you can speak english well. And when you can't it just makes you look dumb, as it indicates you are just throwing them around without understanding. As to the DMR, it is a very easy gun to use. Find FrankieonpCin1080p on youtube and watch him in DMR action. The man is a beast with that gun.

Takes like 2 min to download TS. Even without a Mic you can text chat in there.

KoS please tell me english is like your 4th language? 2 year olds can speak better. that being said I see little point. If you could camp inside a tent waiting for the flap to open, I'd just clear each tent by riddling it with bullets before checking the loot.
