Hello, I have recently purchased DayZ again after being global banned for no reason but anyways my problem. I cant join any servers, I join the server and it gets stuck at a screen that's supposed to be choose you gender but I cant choose a gender its not there I just see the outline I click disconnect and it gives a grey screen. Please someone help me. I have tried reinstalling everything! Please help!

I didnt cheat on my first account neither was I was asking for sympathy I just need help with with a problem nothing to do with battle eye or anything like that just a problem idk how to fix so no need to be a jerk just asking a question on how to fix something ffs
