Not sure about the error, but you should be able to reinstall battleye using steam. Just right click on the game and click reinstall battleye anticheat. -
No. There hasn't. Kidnapping is: The crime of unlawfully seizing and carrying away a person by force or Fraud, or seizing and detaining a person against his or her will with an intent to carry that person away at a later time. As long as there is a logout or disconnect option, kidnapping will never be possible. If you've chosen to stay logged in, then you are exercising choice, which immediately makes it not kidnapping.

As far as I can tell, Lives 1-4 seem pretty standard for a new player starting out. Figuring out what you can do and where, how close to get to zombies and so on and so forth. Lives 5-8.... if you want to actually play the game, and not be COD-fodder, then you DON'T GO INTO CHERNO OR ELEKTRO. In fact, you get off the coast as soon as possible. From a fresh spawn, you should be able to run a very long way North before you die of hunger/thirst. Next time you spawn, find your bearings, then run North, aim for one of the more quiet towns with a supermarket, you will get tonnes of food and water, and probably a side arm also. From there, hit deerstands to get a nice primary.

How many times do I have to tell you people.... If you don't want lots of douches and rampant douchebaggery, THEN FUCKING STOP DOING IT YOURSELF!!! You're the problem, not the game. Use your free will and lack of rules to do something amazing. Lots of people already are, but they are a lot less vocal than the douches, so therefore that is all anyone ever sees. -

I think there is a little opening around one of the sides, like a garage with no door. Or possibly on the steps or something. As far as I knew, it only had one military loot spawn spot though.

Just got to a supermarket, there are several inland that are not raided often. -
Your problem could be individual settings within the video settings menu. Could also be settings in the config file. Some of these settings have no effect on FPS, but others will halve it or drop it to near unplayable FPS. I have a similar system to yours. You should be able to find some good threads on these forums or elsewhere regarding video settings/options for arma 2/dayz

To run the game itself as an admin, you go into your C drive, program files, steam etc etc and find the exe in there. -

I've had friends who get spawned on debug, then they login again and are on the beach, then they login one last time and they are back where they originally started.
