Sometimes you don't hear gun shots. The game will sometimes not produce the sounds of gunshots if you're desyncing when the gun is shot, and some shots are so far away that you get hit before hearing the shot, maybe that happened? But I'm not aware of any bugs where you just drop down and die, although there is one where your guy complains of his leg being in pain, and dies. I like to think of bugs as something real. I think of the "My leg is in pain" Then You Are Dead bug, as a terrible insect that has bitten me in the leg while I was running through the forest :). You should try it, it definitely helps if you ever run into a bug.

It has a bit more of a survival feel to me so far. Also another big factor that played in it, was the fact that it was fresh, and DayZ Mod kinda burnt out after around 6 months.

It definitely causes issues, by putting you back on buildings while your sprinting out (school, police station, etc.) Although, I agree with what scriptfactory said, the client shouldn't be able to tell the server what it's doing.

Definitely, I find it pretty addictive, being so little content in the game. I think that's a good sign, if you're getting addicted by very little content. I cannot wait until more stuff starts getting added.

Zombies are pretty bad, glitching through walls and stuff. Every wednesday they perform small maintnences, and add little things that you might not know about, because there isn't a forum post made in the Announcements section. I think the hit detection is fine, and melee is pretty easy imo. But yeah, I agree with you on sorting things like these out before misc. stuff, but you have to remember that they have different teams working on different things, so the hunting team might be getting good progress, while the people who are designed to fix the bugs are having issues/going slow. So I wouldn't put the whole bug issues on the whole DayZ group, because some have nothing to do with it.

You should definitely be getting more than that .-.

See, these are the responses that I like coming from someone who, I won't call you a critic, but are not fully thumbs "upping" the game. Instead of just saying "its slow" "loot hard 2 fynd" "its awfull"

Yeah I would like some performance boosts, but other than that I like it a lot, and I could do without cars, but something like a bike or an ATV would be nice.

Yeah! And also, they're doing better than a lot of Alpha's I see for other games.

Please explain how/why you think it's really bad? You say people start spamming "It's Alpha!" but, it really is, and there's also people who complain that it's horrible, and have no explanation. Quite frankly the amount of people I see saying SA sucks with no arguement/reasons are more abundant than the amount of people I see spamming "It's Alpha."
