Purposely, no. But I've seen videos where people will be talking in Global some how and not know it, as a glitch. But I have like 120 hours logged and I've never heard it. As of now I think the only ones who can talk on Global are the Admins.

I find them all the time in hangars and prisons... I don't think it's that hard to find them imho. -
Can we get an option to spawn away from a town if we lose connection / the server restarts while we are in one?

I agree, it would stop many problems. I've personally never lost connection in a server, but one time my friend was on top of ATC and he lost connection while walking and somehow he walked right off and died. We saved his stuff, but still it's quite the annoyance. -
Try running as admin? Try re-installing?

I remember it was faster to run than it was to drive those little uhh what were they called.... Skodas I think. Even though on the forums and stuff it says offroad is 23, I usually couldn't get above 12 Km/h unless downhill. And I believe you run at 15 Km/h. -

The only known fix I know for the Bad Serial Setup is deleting everything in your Steam folder. But that should be a last resort, it's what my friend had to do and what Bohemia told him to do. -
Why you only spawn in the right side of the map ?

Finding ammo for the gun I just left on another server

One time I dropped a fully decked out mosin, and wrote a huge letter on a piece of paper for whoever found it, and like 20 seconds later the server restarted lol. Oh and I left a 300 round box that was full of mosin ammo.
