They spawn at server startup. They respawn after around 7 days if they havent been used (hidden/bugged).

Its alpha and rocket said he will be doing something about 100m sprinter zombies so just deal with it for now and lets see what future updates will bring us.

Nothing really except with steam you can have the steam overlay on and google dayzmod map so you never need to find a map just press shift and tab to see it And it's easier if you switch pc's or reinstall stuff. -

Default Arma, maxed - no problem. Dayz - might lag due bugs/glitches so you will have to remove/lower settings as AA/post and such. -
Canned food recover 200 blood, Meat recovers 800 blood, its the next best thing to blood transfusion.

M14 use DMR mags and they have same spawn rate as AK rounds so just pick which ever you like more.

So... Barracks now will have 50 traps >.>

They go through glass but im not sure about layers. I killed bunch of guys in barracks who were camping through windows with no problem but it might not work if there are multiple windows.

Set Video Memory to default (very high is for 512mb vram), I was getting some glitches and low fps when I had set it to Very high. Btw, why do you need postprocess effects? They suck and take too much fps.

What the hell are you talking about? Got that error like 50 times and I never lost single item. -
Use armory and train in there, its waste of time/bolts training directly in server.

Yes, you pick them like any other item, they appear on the ground like brown package, after you pick them, simply left click and it will change your clothes.
