Not sure about the HDD, I know it was 1tb but when I installed it, I now have 674GB

Not sure how many FPS I get but I just can't play the game, I've done all the lowest graphics, the game runs EXACTLY the same with them on high. I only seem to lag when zombies are around (all the time) I'm sure it's my CPU that is the bottleneck. My setup: Desktop or Laptop? Desktop Screen resolution: 1920 x 1080 CPU: Intel Core i3 540 @ 3.07ghz Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 RAM: DDR3 4GB SSD? No Any guidance is appreciated. thanks.
