    I can get into this idea. Some semblance of order is definitely necessary in the post-apocalyptic Chernarus. We can't simply have unguided Civvies, and merciless Bandits running around gunning up the place, and getting themselves killed. PM has been sent, and I can't wait to be a part of this. :)
