How i became a bandito: Spawned in otmel, met a guy (fellow noob) shot him, took his supplies, moved on, got in contact with fellow irish person who offered me a car (with no petrol) that had supplies left in it, ran 4 miles to the place and found M14 and G36C and M16A2, got in contact with a hero in zelenogorsk, met him, saw his humvee, shot him in face, took gear and car, gotin contact with noob's who needed a teammate, met them, grouped for short while, shot both of them in face, got bandit skin, was ambushed by a previous victim of my M14, shot him in face, met the dude who gave me car when i was noob, shot him in face, drove to NW airfield and found 2 badly damaged helis and plane with no fuel, died THE END

No, just no. Rocket has stated that the zombies are not undead therefore, if you died your body would not reanimate.i only see something like this happening if you got an infection from one of the infected. And the survivors are supposed to be immune anyway.

I've only played DayZ for a short while in my friends house and i'm always a bandit, i've never been a hero, i actually do quite well on my own, i never take players on in the open when i can help it, i team with them then betray them, it might seem morally low, but it is how i survive, i have killed 3 heros and 5 non-heros and 8 bandits in my characters life, you should try being a bandit, you will survive for longer. Never trust random people even if they wear a hero skin, they may have just got it from patching clan member/friends up.

I do not agree with unwashable bloody clothing, IRL people would find new clothing or just wash cloths in water then use disinfectant.

Hello. in this post i'd like to suggest horses in the DayZ: SA, they could be in fields and you could find a saddle to put on them and ride them, horses would have needs too. They would need to be fed and watered regularly and kept warm with horse blankets. They would need antibiotics for horses which could be found in vetinary clinics if they got an infection, you could find different saddles with different carrying space, each saddle can hold equipment and supplies, the bigger your saddle, the more supplies the horse can carry, the best saddle can hold 2 two-handed weapon's and a pistol and 8 supplie slots. Horses would not be erased at server restart (If possible) as there is no merit to "Horse hoarding". Tell me what you think.

My character was an IRA recruit organising a weapons shipment in chernarus, the military were tipped off and the whole operation failed, my character "Joe Gaul" was arrested and put in prison. (The prison in the DayZ SA). When the infection first hit they prisoners were evacuated on buses to so-called "Safe zones" and joewas put to work as labour in a machine shop, he stayed here for 4 months. Somehow, the infected overran the compound, in the confusion joe gaul escaped, He survives in the forests of chernarus, his goal is to repair a plane and fly to ireland. Skill: Exellent marksman. Good at first aid. Good with explosives. Trait: Loner. Opportunist. Frugal. Loadout: Unsilenced-M9 4 clips. 4 Bandages. 4 Food. 2 Water bottle. Hatchet. Matches. Hunting knife. M14 6 clips. M24 in backpack 2 clips. Emergency flares: 6. Military flashlight. Binoculars. Map. Compass. Watch. 2 Painkillers. 2 Morphine auto-injecter. Hideout: Cap golova light-house/Skalisty island. I first learned of DayZ through youtube, i was looking for "Open-world Zombie-survival games" and i found a gameplay video of DayZ and decided to watch it, i was interested by the actual survival aspect, unlike otherzombie games, the aim was surviving, not killing. I was drawn by the graphics, the realism, and the massive world. Currently i have only played DayZ at a friend's house and i already i have killed 6 people and found 12 good vehicles, and i found 3 vehicles packed with supplies. I hope to get the SA game if my Windows 7 laptop will run it, 9My laptop cannot run Stalker: Clear sky so im guessing it won't run dayZ.

Dayz is a mod for Arma 2, essentially you already are playing Arma 2.
