Where's N19? If it's a US/AU/NZ Server I'd have bad ping. On FR 130 I've got a Humvee and weapons.

Hello. I made this thread as a place for Irish DayZ player to gather, share stories, and team up. So far I only know of 3-4 Irish people here. Macca. Dekkymane. IrishHugo King of kong. Here's a tale about my first ever encounter with a player in DayZ. I awoke on the beach in pitch darkness. The night was peaceful, yet it had a looming air of danger. I pulled out a flare, from what little light the flare offered, I could tell that I was in Otmel. I began to run around the area like a headless chicken (Being the noob that I was). I soon spotted a lone figure walking along the road. I approached him, and over my mic, said, "Friendly! Don't shoot". the shambler spun around and I realised that this shambling man was not a survivor, but an infected. Being the frightened Bumbi that I was, I ran into a nearby warehouse. As I wimpered in the corner as the sounds of footsteps came ever closer, I realised that there was actually a car right infront of me, I picked myself up and desperately scrolled at the car untill the prompt appeared. I hopped in the car and drove into the night. The sound of the car hitting bumps in the road was the only sound that comforted me. It reminded me that the bad people couldn't catch me. I soon rrived in the town of Elektrozavodsk. The town was deathly quiet. The only sound was that of my hatchback. I parked the car by the fire station and quickly made my way to the roof. Using my last flare, I illuminated the street to reveal a pack of the crazies shambling towards my car's head lights. Worried that they would block off my only chance of escape, I rushed past them back to my car. After a little while on the road, I spotted a survivor running along the road in the dark all alone. Excited at seeing a player, I beeped the horn at him until he noticed me. He hurriedly got in the back. We exchanged glances and greetings before I drove into the darkness again. I was overjoyed when I realised he was a Roleplayer like me. We stopped at a small farmhouse along the road. we agreed to get out and search the buildings on either side of the road. I searched a barn on the right while he searched a cow shed on the left. I found an empty Winchester Repeating Rifle and 2 drinks. (I don't recall what he found). We continued on in the car until we came to ChernoGorsk. And you'll never guesss what we found......A working Huey by the apatments. With food in it. I agreed to let him fly while I manned the gun. Soon, we came flying over Green Mountain and shortly after, we landed at the NWAF due to low fuel. At this time it was still dark. We made for the barracks after searching the warehouses. Pretty soon we had a train of infected on our ass. We lost sight of eachother in our mad dash for safety. I made it to a Barracks and found a Glock17 which I used on 4 infected before I ran dry. After my escape from the barracks I caught sight of my new friend again. Then we lost contact again. I made a decision to head back to the heli and try to defend myself with the machinegun. Just as I was halfway acoss the airstrip I was kicked for ping. Any Times you wish you could relive on your first time in DayZ.

I am Home-Schooled. I really hate school. They teach me a language that I will never need. I am learning Deutsche. All I learned in School was basic mathematics, then I had to pray every day. I can read and write. My peers lack any semblance of grammar or reasoning. Although I only got as far as Primary School. You're probably in Secondary-School.

I understand that DayZ is essentially a social experiment. It's about human interaction and what happens when you strip away the rules that govern humanity. But it's good to have these options open for the people who want them. Some people are too laggy to enjoy human interaction. hopefully the SA will be more optimized though.

Other players can impact your performance if you have bad internet. If you really feel that this game has terrible zombies and nothing to do, you should try Wasteland. Not everybody likes PVP. And Zombies will be better in the SA.

I'd like to see an Editor Mode yeah. Like ArmA 2 Editor. Maybe you could pay for Offline mode? as an Add-On?
