Whoo, whoo! easy there. It doesn't make binoculars useless. But in real life you have the option to focus on a single object in the distance, and that's what this feature is for. I personally like it a lot, I think it makes up for your real life spotting skills skills. Kinda like tunnel vision WUT? Dude, have you even played the mod? @aydjile : don't listen to him, he's just trolling -
Per-fucking-fect! That would be so awesome!! But with the next patches zombies will just start to eat you right away. :(

Ok, so big question : how did arma 2/ the mod run for you? Because I have an Q8200 (2.3GHz) and a radeon HD 6850 and I get 20 to 30 fps. I don't know much but about the 7870 but with a GTX 780 60fps should only be an issue in elektro/cherno! otherwise you got settings or config messed up.

Acctually you really don't have to wait that long if you have a bit of luck. It's pretty cool but I'm always so nervous around millitary bases that I never stay long

Well, see this is the great part about a map this size. You have a choice! Do you want to go PvP in the south/at the airfield? Or do you want to explore a bit up north? You don't have these choices on a small map. here you do.

this so much :) Personally I already feel trapped in chernarus. I wish it was 5 times bigger! That'd give helis a real purpose. With the map right now you can just walk from one end to the other in half an hour... I want that to be more than an hour, preferably two! DUDE, with that rig you ought to get 60 fps man! Look for the usual tricks, maybe apply some startup parameters, what not. You'll get 60+ fps on that rig easily Weparo

Sorta off topic, but do you mind telling me how I can carry two "primary" weapons? I haven't figured that out yet -
but it says "healthy" in the inventory menu....... EDIT : I'm not saying it's not gonna happen, but in the current build it's broken/not implemented

I've never tried, I thought it was obvious that it's salt water. I find that hard to believe. My character has drunk all kinds of unpurified water, and is not sick (7 hours alive). Even with the notifications failing I would have noticed a loss in blood/colour saturation.

Well, that sucks :( Are you sure the weapon is pristine? the mag is pristine? the ammo? For my friend and me the fnx has worked just fine...

I've drunk hundreds of times from all kinds of water sources (wells, ponds and waterbottles) with out purifying and I've been just fine. Be reassured that with later builds you will certainly be at risk of infection without purifying
