    I am very new to this, so this is probably a stupid question. I'll go ahead anyway. Why can't you add ''Characters2.pbo'' as an addon to your DayZ server? Whenever I try to add it as an addon it will make all players stuck at wait for host, even though this is an addon that pretty much every player has!
