Will anyone else play KOS in SA when it comes out?

First off, I would like to say i have not bought dayz yet. But from what I have heard, your body will have disease, so you will need to find disinfectant, while doing so, you may die or someone might loot you. So I hope you get a disease, and lose your stuff, but, if KOS is how you like it, then fine. I will be getting dayz, I hope I never find you.
