Also it probably isn't the best idea to buy Arma 2 second hand unless you know it is sealed and has never been opened. The game's security setup is made for it to be used on one and only one computer and if it has been used before then you could have problems with battleeye.

This claim is also BS for firestations. I went to one today and although i found a couple of m1911s and a tonne of ammo for them (good news for me as a needed a sidearm) one ak and an m4/16 (didn't really check) and no ammo for 'em and m1014 shells. M14s aren't everywhere and i couldn't see any DMR or even m24 mags lying around.

I don't run into enough people for gunfights to be a concern, and when i do i'm usually unarmed or poorly equipped so i'm gonna die anyway. also i can't shoot worth a damn except at zeds when they are walking or i have a hatchet out.

10-20FPS is pretty good to me. Though i don't know anything better as i have never had a 30-60FPS machine but this thread is not the place to argue about what is good and bad FPS for different people with different benchmarks.

Also i have found a M14 with 3 mags in Elektro industrial around one of these buildings in 1.7.7.1. It surprised the f*ck out of me because i was a new spawn and i have checked these spawns ever since. Loot spawns continue to surprise me for as long as i play the game.

I actually just YOLO about everywhere(can't believe i just wrote that but it describes my style pretty closely). One time i might be like "lets find a car" or "lets go north" or some other shit and i really don't have a plan before i log on a check the loot spawns near me. I never scope out towns an i have only been sniped once (low pop server is probably the main reason why it has only been once) and i crouch run everwhere. I die alot due to zombies though, i suck at headshots so i need to be in a building to have a chance against them and i'm always fresh when i run into people so i don't get into firefights. But the game makes me happy. Just play the game and your natural style will come to you, just make sure the way you play is keeping you entertained.

And i kinda want a real zombie apocalypse.

I just want some confirmation whether on no those COULD run dayz on low at 10-15fps. or with some mild overclocking, ignore the fact that they only have cpu graphics cause i have seen a laptop run DayZ on basically cpu graphics. Parents are separated and i go between thier houses from week to week and most of the time that is by bus. Do you really expect me to carry a desktop on a bus?

'Strayla (Australia for the uninformed) specifically southeast Queensland but north of Brisbane with maybe Caboolture/Morayfield/Redcliffe (farthest towns north from Brisbane which are still considered Brisbane) because you get the largish towns and the tiny properties to the west of the area. I reckon a 300km^2 map would contain quiet a bit of the legacy Chernarus left with a new areas for people to explore
