Nah, all loaded via hand in the gear menu. I'm pretty sure he died right after, and that hit was in the delay between the shot hitting and you dying (You all know that delay i'm talking about).

I would have said Berez and NEAF but now the spawns have changed. I ended up with an axe in my face and the other guy had 3 357 rounds in him the last time i was at NEAF. Anyone else think that the SE spawns are the only ones being used. (Except novy, cause i got that spawn once. Found me a nice mosin.)

This is already happening in game, all they need to do is rename the 7.62x54r when they add the 7.62x39 with an AK/SKS. You need a mag specific to the weapon (except for the revolver and mosin ATM) but they can be emptied.

Oh, OK, I thought you just had to hit "M" like in the mod.

Do gas canisters blow up if you shoot them? Cause it might of been that.

I think the map is glitched. I find a map, open it and all i get is black (as in you don't have a map type of black).

Try behind the counter of petrol stations, sometimes you have to prone. I usually get some ammo or a map that way. Though the maps seem to have glitched and are not showing up.

Hey guys, In rocket's post about the latest update for SA he mentioned a 357 Magnum and ammo were making an appearance but the revolver was cut due to problems but the ammo stayed. Does anyone have a Pic of the 357? or what make and model it is supposed to be? And a vid or gif of the reload? Or know where to find one? Thanks in advance. The 357 is a definite OHK to zeds. You just gotta survive the task of getting to a milspawn to get one.

I find a 357 to the head is all the confirmation you need. So, i'm going to say no to a kill feed.

It is the nature of the game. I logged out, Relogged and was a freshspawn, Few lives later i'm on the way to NEAF where i last died (after 2-3 restarts though) and i stopped in a servo. Got a map and some 357 ammo. Went to some place near Berez and found the revolver in a building i expected to have a mosin in. Danced happily and continued my journey, though not a single speed loader was to be found (so far). Did find out though that if you have the 357 equipped and loaded then you can pull the rounds out in one piece effectively making it a speed loader you have to load manually. If you don't understand then just say so and i'll make a vid when possible.

If you think the FNX is bad with range then don't bother with the magnum. I popped off 3 into a zombie and they all missed from 50-75m. Though i was apparently in pain so that might of skewed things. Put another 3 into a guy with an axe at close range, he still had the time to knock me unconscious afterwards. All 3 hit center mass.

How would you reload the magnum when it is half empty, other than putting it on the ground and emptying it then reloading it?

I'm pretty sure those 4 revolvers are the same model type (N frame smiths?) so yeah, no real noticeable difference there.

Main differences in pythons were: Barrel length - 2 inch to 8&3/8ths Finish - Blued, Nickle and Stainless. Grips - Colt offered Wood and Rubber grips. Many companies offered and still offer aftermarket grips in wood and rubbber. Sights - Target sights were the standard for the Python, Optics were and are available but longer barrels were often needed to make the most of these.

M1911 - a BHP would be a better option as they are quite common in europe. Glock - Needs to be rarer as police forces in the area use h&k's and CZ'S more than glock from what i hear. M9 - Plausible if you go with the Arma 2 storyline for before the apocalypse. Swap with another hicap 9mm and i think it would be better. Colt Anaconda - No, too rare. Only made for a few years in limited numbers, I will concede this point however if you can find me evidence of one being in Australia. Make this a ruger model or the M29 mentioned before. S&W 500 - No, see Colt Anaconda. Five-seven - Bit rare and used too little by any military for it to be a mil spawn. Deagle - Plausible, but must be ultra rare. This is all IMO.
