Glitch. You aren't actually dead, but in a state of limbo. You can either let yourself die of hunger/thirst (because you can still die normally). There is another method of respawn and such but i can't remember it.

The plastic bottle trick works only once or twice before the gas escaping is too much and the shots start getting loud again. You can re tape the holes to get it back to where it was but then it is another 1 or 2 shots. A better solution is to simulate a suppressor using pipe and various other materials to make baffles.

Everyone's FPS drops inside of towns because the game has to render literally everything. Either don't enter towns, upgrade your PC or lower your settings.

Have you introduced her to the sawn off? You should It has a respectable spread at Across-the-room range and great power to boot but is stilll accurate enough to get a quite a few pellets on target at around 25-30m. Just don't expect her in the fight too soon after using both barrels at the same time (you end up looking at the sky).

I choose the shotgun over just about any other primary. The SKS is only on my back at the moment because i'm giving it to a friend. I have rocked the SKS w/PU, sawn off, magnum load out for a while but i found it was just too many guns. I scale back to the sawn off (or full length if i'm not going to have to carry a rifle or want it to be a secret) and the magnum for my preferred load out. I have no use for a rifle because all my shootouts are in a building, short range outside or i'm fucked anyway because I can't see them (15 inch screen) so why have the extra weight? Only reason i carry the magnum is because sometimes you need more than 2 shots per reload, it hits hard, finding mags for the pistols is a pain in the ass and i like revolvers. ETA: And sometimes you just don't have enough 12g buckshot.

Not really the same gun man. If anything you should compare the SKS to the M4. The mosin is a 120-odd yr old bolt action rifle with max capacity of 5 rds. The M4 is the Assault rifle of the last 50-odd years, with numerous attachments, mag capacities and so on and it did what it was designed to do when maintained. The only other thing that i really comparable is the SKS (as i stated earlier) which is a 70-odd year old Battle rifle with a pedigree of doing it's job well, no matter what, and was only outshone by the introduction of the Ak47 into military use at the time.

I have never found a mag for it so i've never tested one properly. I just use the magnum. If they start making the pistols spawn with empty mags then that is a different story.

The irony of that story is moments before i left a amphibia with a single round chambered in the ATC there. I swapped it for an FNX with a mag (was getting gear for a friend). I have a feeling that it was that same pistol. Moral of the story. If you drop a weapon with ammo in it, unload it or keep the ammo and ditch it later.

Up your ping filter. I just set mine to 9999 because i CBF to adjust it all the time.

Can't hurt to try. Lots of people need blood. In Australia about 1/3 need blood, yet only 1/30 donate. AFAIK they take your blood, test the bag, then send you a slip to say if anything is wrong with it and what your blood type is. Or at least that was what they do here. I think the red cross do most of the donating blood stuff.

I think the second, where you have to either use the scroll wheel or gear menu to keep something from your hands in your inventory. If someone comes at you with a knife and you are armed IRL are you going to put that hotdog that you are eating away or are you going to let it hit the floor without thinking as you go for your gun?
