    [uPDATE] Well as i thought would happen this didn't work either so oh well :(. Guess i just got to keep looking. It fixed it for about 2 or 3 hours for me.

    Hey man. This helped a bit and thanks, but I still was getting the problem bad. :( but i just FIGURED SOMETHING HUGE OUT AND I HOPE IT WORKS FOR YOU. If you go to the video settings when you load ArmA 2 OA up you should see a setting called "PPAA". So far this has got rid of it but change the "PPAA" setting to "SWAA - Very High". after I changed the setting it completely (So far) got rid of the weird freeze then unfreeze. :) Hope this helped. I attached a couple of pics to show you my settings.
