I think it would be ok if broken legs only lasted a set amount of time, like half an hour to an hour (loged in time), so if you have no morphene you can just wait it out, but it still penalizing you.

Wow for a second I thought I was on the WOW forums reading about some guy leaving the game. Then I remembered that this is the DAYZ forums and noone gives a crap if some moron leaves the alpha state mod. Why do people come here an act like this is an MMO they paid for and that anyone cares if they leave? Never did understand that mentality.

I swear I have this post burned into the back of my eye lids. I keep seeing it over and over and over and over and over and over and over...

Im still yet to meet these mythical bandits that prowl the coast. Then again I spawn then head inland ASAP. I did not find suriving with no weopon that much harder then it used to be.

Some servers do not allow 3rd person and if it is a vet server there is no cross hair. YOu have to use the iron sights on thw weopon to aim. If it is not that maybe it is your keyboard, or the key binding is changed.

DOn't think there are any BOTS in the game, I could be wrong but their AI would have to be pretty dam good if their where. If people ran directly towars you they likly saw you (some servers alow you to see a players name by puting your cross hair over them) or it was coinsidence. Either way I imagine it would be kinda creepy lol. Best to shoot anyone who runs toward you without saying anything.

You should have just shot him, instead you gave him the oppertunity to shoot you first.

I would imagine a PVE server would get boring real fast. Unless alot more systems are added to the game or zombies made more dangerous and maybe walk accross the map in big groups then I don't see overly much future in a PVE server.

I stoped reading when I read you play WOW. Dam I am cool.

I found it slightly underwhelming, but I understand it is hard to do an interview and be playing the game at the same time. Dayz more so then most games as it requires alot of concentration at times. Ideally they could have just added in 30 mins of footage from the game, but I thought it was cool they where playing together.

If your "grinding it out" in this game your doing it wrong.

I honestly don't think alot of people understand what a mod is net alone alpha. I guess most games in alpha are not open to the general public due to being buggy messes. I find it funny when people rage about bugs or [insert issue here] or even when something in-game gets changed (like the present issues people are complaining about). People seem to expect a polished and complete experiance in alpha in a free mod, rather then a work in progress where something maybe added then later removed if it is deemed to not function as intended or whatever. It's even funnier when they come here to proclaim to the world that they quit the game because of [insert reason here] as if they are on the WOW forums and paying the developers to play the game.

Wow if you spent 600 hours in game and can't handle yourself since they patched the game then I must say you really need to L2P. Also you talk funny.

While I agree with some of your points how is it immersive if you can crouch walk within 10 meters of a Zombie in broad daylight and it not see you or smell you? I think it should be hard to get into a town and get some supplies and get out alive, not the time consuming bore it could be pre 1.7.

I like that the game is harder. People compained about all the PK and how easy it was to avoid zombies so the devs devised a way to reduce PKing and make it harder to survive without forcing people to not PVP and without hand holding all the cry babies. The game is tough and so it should be, I imagine living in a Zombie apocolypse would not be very easy.

Some people seem to think they are playing WOW and that everything should be easy and user friendly. Just have patiance, learn the new zombie behaviours and adapt.

Theres already a billion games set in the USA why does this need to become another one?

Its a sandbox you need to make your own fun. If I had that sort of gear I would hunt bandits.
