Try uninstalling Arma 2 and reinstalling. If your issues is only with Arma 2 then you shouldn't have to uninstall OA.

Weird.. I have the opposite problem.. all the object inside of buildings are invisible for me and my character gets blocky.. the only fix for my issue is temporary and thats changing the resolution to something other than what I have but that only fixes it for around 15min

BattlEye sucks man.. so many issues. I had the same issues (On the mod, not sure if you have SA or mod) all I did to fix it was go to C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead\BEsetup then run Setup_BattlEyeARMA2OA & C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 2\BEsetup then run setup_BattlEyeARMA2 Thats what fixed it for me. Yeah, as much as I love commander I'm thinking it's a thing of the past. Like I said previously, some times commander works fine, others, you might as well try finding/connecting to your server with a potato.
