I found this interesting.Hiding in the closet/basement would solve the running and make the buildings much more interactive . Is there any info about how do the infecteds track you ?

This is a good idea for ballistics, but there's so much more to explore about the blood/health (Check DayZ Russia Community Suggestions). You should propose also the healing/cure side of these ideas, the only survival-like game system i know that could fit in there would be MGS3. I just don't know.

Since it'll possible to have horses, why not cowboys ? Not It just doesn't fit in the game.

Treehouses would be nice, not necessarily a 'house', but some kind of tree tent where you could rest and place your loot, there's a bunch of pictures of it on google. You should suggest this, Farkinoob.
