Technically, if you were trying to survive, you wouldn't ideally want to work with someone who had nothing anyways. They'd be unable to contribute much at that point and would just be another person utilizing the supplies you find and need. Also, in DayZ you can't exactly tell what a person has usually. I found a person dead on a beach with every toolbelt accessory, blood bags, and morphine, yet he had no weapon on him. I'm in no way a shoot on sight person, I'm just saying that I don't think the reality of actions are entirely eschewed as people think. People who kill everyone because they don't feel safe in absolutely anyone's presence or simply in hope of supplies is a perfectly understandable reality. The only false actions are the people who simply kill people to rack up murders. <_< -
I found a GPS a while back in the Berezino military tents, found NVG at a heli crash yesterday.

The only time I found one was on a dead player and it was perma-on, so my only assumption would be yes.

Eh, I have no complaints about it, but I'd argue it's not entirely that easy. Weapon spawn rates have definitely been somewhat lowered and it can be difficult now. I searched both fire stations, the church, the market, 2 houses, and the offices in Elektro earlier and found 1 hatchet, and that was all weaponwise. <_< PLUS, the fact that zombies seem to spawn so often in buildings now, and their hearing is messed up rather badly as of now through walls, so if you even get near a building with a zombie in it, it gets agro'd instantly. If you're looking for a weapon at the time, your only option, besides being lucky and losing it before alerting another running away, is to hope to find a weapon in a random building fast. Also broken bones rates being increased and morphine rates decreased, along with the knock out chance getting up'd makes it even more difficult. And even with melee weapons, unless you're lucky or get real decent with the melee weapons, you will slowly die and end up with broken legs or something eventually using them. I typically am at about 8000 blood when I reach 30 or so zombie kills with the hatchet. -

I crawled from Balota airfield to the NW airfield barracks today for morphine. It was a long trek. -
Tbh, sounds more like he was playing for like, 6 hours.

I seen some other people mention things like this happening, so I figure I'd add my experience with it recently... I was at the NW airfield, prone still OUTSIDE the fences, and one of the hexazombie (6 zombies spawned inside each other) in the barracks somehow heard... Unfortunately I just told myself someone else was in there and hopefully dealing with it, but then they came out and knocked me out in one swing. -

This is kinda odd imo, I killed 3 animals earlier and gutted them all just fine without any despawning. They do move, sorta sometimes, bit more than prior, but not much still. Only rabbits move a lot still, which is kinda how it was before. Otherwise they still stand around a lot and move so very slightly if they do. -

Are there any plans on changing the probability of legs breaking or changing morphine spawns? Cause as is I keep getting my legs broken seemingly every 5 hits and crawling for miles to find morphine is kinda awful. The rate of it also makes melee weapons unusable... ._. -

Zombies do seem to still spawn too fast sometimes. I also noticed before that my sight/sound indicators were no different between crouch walking and crouch running with my secondary out. Seemed strange. Also some of the differences between surfaces are reallllly drastic. Like some soft looking soil outside of barns is 4 vision crouch walking, then step on any grass and it was instantly 1 crouch running? <_> -

Is anyone else still having infinite spawn zombie issues? I thought they were suppose to not spawn within 30 meters of players or something anymore... My and 2 others were just in a town and killed literally over 100 zombies, but they just continued to spawn endlessly, often within 5 meters of us. I honestly love the no weapon spawns and every other update, but this infinitespawnzombie thing is just awful.. ._. -
My server North Carolina 3 had it happen a bit earlier. Unfortunately I do not think think there's a script.log available from the my host, so that can't be provided. Still I figure the server log could be provided, cropped to the 5 minutes or so beforehand along with the directly ensuing chat and could maybe cross reference names somewhat or something if you got enough logs, though I guess this is also just assuming the hacker had just recently connected, which I guess could be incorrect.
